1. Minimum of 2000 leaflets must be ordered to be distributed
2. Leaflets must be with us at least 24 hours before scheduled date of delivery unless we have not agreed before hand to pick them up from you.
3. We deliver and distribute only leaflets of business and offers that are not in breach of any legislation.
4. We will deliver the leaflets in the region agreed and on the agreed dates.
5. A delivery report will be sent for each delivery date only if requested.
6. Delivery report includes statement of quantity of leaflets delivered as well as GPS map of actual area covered.
7. Leaflet distribution must be paid in advance for the order being made. We need to receive an order form online, by fax or by post or given to one of our representatives. If you fill an order form online please note that binds you with payment for the order.
8. You can cancel an order 5 days before due to be delivered and will receive refund of your money minus expenses for returning the leaflets to you.
9. If you need to cancel order less than 5 days no refund will be made.
10. Printing leaflets takes between 10-15 days to be received.
11. Artwork and payment must be received when making order.
12. Should there be a large quantity of badly printed leaflets we will reprint new ones.
13. No refund is given for damaged leaflets in transit must be inspected when delivered and any complaints made against the delivery company.
